In Memorium: Peggy Ferris
Sadly, in May 2026 we lost Peggy Ferris, our dear friend and mentor. Peggy was well known and loved in the DC-area real estate community. We are blessed to have worked with her and we miss her. Peggy’s ethos of collaboration without ego, honesty, client-centric focus, fun, and a roll-up-your sleeves attitude will always guide us. 陳正蓉 Amy is a Chinese American, born in Taiwan, raised in Hawaii, and living in the DC area since her graduation from James Madison University in VA. She purchased her first condo after college and is a true believer that everyone should own/invest in real estate. Amy is fluent in Mandarin.

Allison Scuriatti

Allison is a former executive, born in Canada, educated in Europe, and in love with DC where she has lived since 1996! She is a resourceful professional who enjoys helping clients navigate the real estate journey, from research to home renovations, to contracts and bid strategy. Allison is fluent in French and can do a bit of Italian and Spanish if necessary!
